When a guest makes a booking, their reservation is confirmed immediately.
Depending on your policies, a guest may be able to cancel their reservation using a link in their confirmation email. In some cases, you may need to cancel a reservation directly to avoid paying commission on a no show booking / cancelled booking that is cancelled over the phone for example.
You may cancel a reservation within the Net Affinity System up to 12 midnight two days after departure. e.g booking due to depart on the 11th November can be cancelled up until 12 midnight on the 13th November.
All reservations which are cancelled before this time will not appear on our commission invoices.
Failure to cancel within this timeframe means that commission fees will apply.
