Please check the following:
1. Rates are loaded
2. Availability has been loaded if rateplan is not pulling from central pool
3. Ensure 'valid to and from' dates are correct in step 1 of rateplan set up
4. Ensure rateplan is not set to 'offline' in step 2 of rateplan set up
5. Ensure 'min and max booking date' in step 2 is set to 'None' instead of '0' if there are no restrictions
6. Ensure there's no MLOS (Min Length of Stay) set.
7. Review all closeouts to ensure there are none in place.
8. If using a channel manager ensure that rateplans and room types are mapped correctly
9. If rates are still not bookable after all of these steps have been actioned please contact support
