I have created an offer, I can see it but it's not bookable?


Please check the following:

1. Rates are loaded
2. Availabilty has been loaded if rateplan is not pulling from central pool
3. Ensure 'valid to and from' dates are correct in step 1 of rateplan set up
4. Ensure rateplan is not set to 'offline' in step 2 of rateplan set up
5. Ensure 'min and max booking date' in step 2 is set to 'None' instead of '0' if there are no restrictions
6. If using a channel manager ensure that rateplans and roomtypes are mapped correctly

7. If rates are still not bookable after all of these steps are actioned please contact your Net Affinity eCommerce Manager
