Why are my Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports not being received?

  1. Please log into your properties Booking Engine.
  2. Click on the Admin Tab and then Hotel Info
  3. Ensure your email account is included on the Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports.
  4. Please ensure the daily/weekly/monthly boxes are ticked on in 'Hotel Info'
  5. If included on all reports and no report has been received to your inbox - do an initial check on your Junk /Clutter folder.
  6. If not also in these folders please contact your Account Manager who will resend.
