How do I disable pre & post stay emails for a specific booking?

  • To access all bookings, go to Reports > View Bookings
  • Search for the booking
  • From the search results, view the booking in question

  • Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Disable Supplementary Emails

  • Selecting this will disable prestay, poststay and review emails for that booking only.
    It is not possible to disable one of the emails only; all three will be disabled together
