What to Expect

  • When you add a task, we will be alerted immediately that the task has been added. 
  • It is important that all the correct information is added at the time the task is created by the client so we can get to work asap.
  • If we have any queries on the task, we will correspond via the task. You will receive an email with any queries or updates, and can respond to ticket via email also.
  • Your tasks will be assigned to the marketing specialist who currently works on your account and is familiar with all your campaigns and budgets etc.
