Things to note

  • Please note that we can only accept tasks for platforms which are included in your service contract. If a request falls outside of the remit of your service contract, a member of our team will get in touch.
  • Tasks will be dealt with during office hours. Monday – Friday 9am - 5pm. Tasks added in the evenings and weekends will be treated as being added the next working day. As always for anything urgent and outside of office hours, please email
  • If we require further clarity or further information to complete a request, we will touch base with you.
  • During busy periods (such as the run up to Cyber Weekend, Christmas etc.) we may advise clients to expect a longer turnaround time on tasks. During these periods, it is important that you give as much notice as possible for any tasks you wish to be completed.
  • If you require changes to a task which has already been completed, please create a new task. Re-Opening a previous task will cause issues.
