How do I reset my Authenticator?

Open your Authenticator, select the Pencil

A red minus sign will appear, select this beside the code you want to delete. 

Select Yes to delete

Log into Secure Pay again and when asked for a token, select RESET TOKEN

Input the email address associated with your Secure Pay User

Click link in email sent to reset the token. 

Log onto Secure Pay again and you will be brought to the page with the QR code - set up as usual
