There could be 3 issues causing this
- You are not using the newest token
- Your browser is saving an old token as a password
- Your account has been disabled
1 - Check that you are using the newest token - wait for the timer clock to run out, and try inputting the new token once it changes.
2 - Check that your browser is not saving an old token as a password
Go to the ellipsis at the top right hand corner & select SETTINGS
Search PASSWORDS & select MANAGE PASSWORDS
Search SECURE PAY within Search Passwords, and delete this password.
When logging in next, if your browser offers to save this password, select NEVER.
3 - Your account has been disabled - contact Net Affinity to reset this.
