1) Store cancellation terms with bookings
When cancellation terms are saved with a booking, cancellation will now be included.
2) Cancellations by month report
A new report to be emailed containing cancellations per month.
3) Allow {BKE_CANCEL_POLICY} in email_cust.html
The tag {BKE_CANCEL_POLICY} has been enabled for use in the customer email confirmation template. For more information contact your Account Contact.
4) "Notes" field for bookings
A new field has been added to the show booking page, to allow clients to make basic notes on bookings.
5) Allow cancellations 72hrs after departur
A booking can now be cancelled up to 72 hours after the departure date.
6) Send rateplan email cancellations for that rateplan
When a booking is cancelled, any notification email for those rateplans will be included in the recipients list.
7) Add custom cancellation messages for consolidators
The pre and post cancellation messages have been enabled for consolidators.
8) Add cancellation terms to booking confirmation email
Booking confirmation email will now show cancellation terms directly on the email, instead of a button linking to cancellation terms.
9) Enhancements open by default
Enhancements are now open by default for all clients (desktop and mobile).
10) Add calendar for Special Offers on mobile
One-month calendar will now show for Special Offers on mobile. Same functionality as desktop, except it shows one month at a time, instead of two.
