If you need access to a new Ad Account or you are new to a hotel and need access, you may do so by asking the admin or owner of the account to add you. They can do this by visiting the Settings in their Ads Manager and adding you to their Account Roles. Bear in mind you must have a personal Facebook account to be added to a Facebook Ads Manager account.
Please note: Net Affinity CANNOT grant access for hotels to any Ads Accounts. If all internal hotel personnel are removed and Net Affinity are the sole admins of the account, a new account must be created, or the hotel must get in touch with Facebook to recover the account. As an agency, we can only grant access to persons within Net Affinity.
