How to enable packages filter


You can add packages filter to your booking engine to facilitate the booking process for your guests.

Packages filter:

They make it easier for your clients to filter for offer types that best suit their needs.

When searching for availability under Make My Selection step, these filter show up on the left. 

They can be activated on your booking engine through the setup of Grouped Specials. Once Grouped Specials are set on your booking engine, customers can filter by those:

Please note this filter will only show on days where a relevant number of Rateplans and Grouped Specials are available for bookings.



After selecting the suitable package, your guest can see the packages that account:


To enable your packages filter to show during the search process, please follow these instructions:

  1. Review your grouped specials under Admin> Hotel info >Grouped Specials
  2. Click on “Edit Grouped Specials” to allow changes
  3. Make sure “Cross Sell Packages” is ticked for all grouped specials you want to display
  4. Make sure you have a Rateplan that shows availability and rates attached to each of your grouped specials.
