How do I redeem a voucher?

To redeem a voucher within the voucher system follow the following steps:-

OPTION 1

1. Go to Dashboard 

2. Type the voucher number in the searchbox

3. Select the voucher from the dropdown list

4. Click on the horizontal three dots and Select 'manually redeem' voucher

5. Enter in the value to be redeemed against the voucher and any message you wish to include and click submit; 

6.A green notification will appear to indicate the the voucher has been redeemed

7. Once updated successfully you will see a little "tick" icon on the table on the vouchers screen which means it has been partially redeemed; 

OPTION 2

1. Go to Reports - Vouchers 

2. Once you know the ID of the voucher click on the 3 dots to the left hand side of the table; 

3. Then select manually redeem; 

4. Enter in the value to be redeemed against the voucher and any message you wish to include and click submit;

5. A green notification will appear to indicate the the voucher has been redeemed

6. Once updated successfully you will see a little "tick" icon on the table on the vouchers screen which means it has been partially redeemed;
