How do I resubscribe after my free trial period has expired?

If your free trial has finished and the account has been disabled, you must enter credit card details to continue.

NOTE: only admin user has the access to re-subscribe section

 To re-enable it you must follow the instructions below and enter your bank card details for payment: 

  •  Login to your subscription
  • Click on the ellipsis (3 Dots) beside the subscription system 
  • Select Re-Subscribe
  • Select Add New Card.
  • Once this has been added and charged, you will be able to access the system again.

Subscriptions can be re-enabled for another 30 days. If you cannot see your subscription any longer on the dashboard upon logging in, please contact Net Affinity for more information
