How to add / edit email recipients for vouchers

It is important that voucher emails are not only sent to the customer, but also sent to the correct people within your property. To add or edit email recipients to receive voucher emails internally, follow the below instructions:-

1. Go to Emails

2. Find the voucher email you want to edit and click the 3 dot menu

3. Choose FROM/CC/BCC

We recommend adding emails to the From & BCC fields

From: the email address sending the voucher to the purchaser.
BCC: the email address that receives notification of a voucher purchase at your property

4. Insert email addresses.

5. Don't forget to save your changes
