Set up your Google Cloud account - Skip to step 6 if you already have a billing profile set up
- Visit https://console.cloud.google.com/
- If you are setting up a Google Cloud profile for the first time, you’ll be prompted to enter your account information. Please fill in the information and Continue.
- Once the information is submitted, you’ll be redirected to the main page. From here, please click on the Hamburger Menu in the top left-hand corner and click on “Billing”
- Click on “Manage Billing Accounts” and then “Add Billing Account”.
- Please fill in the Billing and Payment information and click on “Start Free”
- Once your Billing Account is created, please navigate to the Billing Section again from the left-hand menu. Then go to the “Overview” tab and click on “Manage Billing Account”
- On the next page, rename your Billing Account to include your hotel’s name in it by clicking on “Rename Billing Account”.
- As the final step, add Net Affinity to your Billing Account by clicking on the “Add Principal” button on the right-hand side menu. On the next page, type google1@netaffinity.com into the New Principals field, then select a role as Billing Account Administrator and click on Save. Once it is done, please reach out to your account manager.
- Please confirm when the last step has been completed with your Net Affinity account contact and we will take over configuration from here.
