      HotSoft Integration

      • Request HotSoft Host & HotSoft Port for this hotel – this is where Net Affinity will send the bookings to when enabled
      • Compile a list of all valid rateplans, room types & enhancements in the Net Affinity Booking Engine with the corresponding HotSoft Codes for each
      • Occupants need to be mapped as follows:
        • Adults
        • Child (13-16)
        • Special (0-12)
      • HotSoft module needs to be enabled in BKE – Settings -> Integrations -> Channel Managers
      • Once enabled, add HotSoft Host & Port info
      • Add the HotSoft codes to rateplans (Step 3) & room types
