How can I verify my credit card on Google Ads?

Google has a new verification process for credit cards in place as of October 2023. This method sends a temporary charge to our card which needs to be confirmed to Google.

For new accounts, no campaigns can go live until this verification is complete.

For existing accounts changing or updating payment methods, no campaigns will deliver until this verification is complete. 

Depending on your bank, this charge can take anywhere from a few minutes to 5 business days to show in your account.

Please note that you will need access to your banking app in order to see this charge.
