How do I disable pre & post stay emails for a specific booking?
- To access all bookings, go to Reports > View Bookings
- Search for the booking
- From the search results, view the booking in question
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Disable Supplementary Emails
- Selecting this will disable prestay, poststay and review emails for that booking only.
It is not possible to disable one of the emails only; all three will be disabled together
