How do I save a voucher as a PDF file?

When you download a voucher, it opens in a new tab. 

To save as a PDF file on Google Chrome, and most other browsers, chose the Print Option, and select PDF as your destination, then name the file in the required folder, and save. This then can be emailed to customer as required. 

Note: if you email the URL of the PDF to someone, they can only view it if logged onto the Booking Engine, so this will not be of use in most circumstances
