How to add guest source (how did you hear about us) section to the booking form

Guest Source can be added under Hotel Admin > scroll down to the bottom of the page > Guest Source section

NOTE: For this section to be visible on the Reservation Form, it needs to be enabled by NetAffinity first - please contact us to activate that for you.

We can also enable 'Show Other tab in guest sources' which allows booker to free-type their own source.
