How to customise your post-cancellation message
It is possible to include a post-cancellation message that appears on the booking cancellation confirmation screen and email.
- Go to Admin > Hotel Info > Website Text > Edit Website Text
- Enter the post-cancellation message in the text editor field and scroll to the bottom of the page to Update.
- The post-cancellation message will appear on the Booking Cancellation Confirmation Screen and email after the booker retrieves the booking and confirms the cancellation, see the examples below.
