I have set up a new Realex / Global Payments account however the funds are not appearing on PrePaid rates?
Check that on Step 4 of the rate plan setup you see the Pre-Payment box is ticked

Check with your eCommerce Manager to ensure the rate plan is set up correctly and your Realex account information is input.
