      RateGain Integration

      • Enable RateGain:Rezgain module in the booking engine under Settings > Integrations > Channel Manager. If you wish to use their rateshopping tool you should also enable RateGain:PriceGain Optima.
      • Floating rates cannot be used.
      • Rateplans must not be ticked to pull from central availability (Step 4 of Rateplan setup).
      • If additional adult occupants are being used, occupant type must be set to "Adult".
      • If child occupants are being used, occupant type should be named "Child".
