      Ratetiger Integration

      • Enable Ratetiger under Settings > Integrations > Channel Managers.
      • Ratetiger URL for bookings will be default and should be blank if ratetiger didn't specify different url.
      • Map occupants with appropriate age code
      • Contact Ratetiger to pull rates and rooms from our API
      • Floating rates will work with ratetiger
      • Rateplans cannot use pull from Central Availability option (Step 4 of rateplan set up)
      • Make sure in room settings that Adult is set per room, extra occupants should be set per person.
      • Username : ratetiger

      IMPORTANT NOTE ON CLOSE OUTS AND MIN STAY RESTRICTIONS

      Booking Engine is storing closeouts and minstays together. It means once you closeout room and then open it again you have to send minstay for that room / rate / day combination again;otherwise minstay will be default rateplan minstay
