What happens if I lose my phone?

If you are using Google Authenticator follow their Lost or Stolen Phone Guide

If you are using Microsoft Authenticator follow their Backup and recover your accounts guide or find more information on their FAQ page

If you have a new mobile phone please advise Net Affinity who will reset the authenticator so it can be set up on the new phone.
