What type of form fields are available?

When creating a form there are a number of form fields/structures available to use.

Below are screen shots of how they look in the CMS and how they can look on your website. 

• Heading – this is a heading associated with your form

• Text Field – within which you can choose; Letters with basic punctuation/Loose text/Phone/Email/URL

• Checkbox Group

• Radio Group

• Dropdown List

• Dropdown List - Countries

• Dropdown List – Numeric

• Date Field

• File Upload field
