Why are my Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports not being received?
- Log into your Booking Engine.
- Go to Admin > Hotel Info
- Ensure your email account is included on the Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports.
- Please ensure the daily/weekly/monthly boxes are ticked on in 'Hotel Info'
- If included on all reports and no report has been received to your inbox - do an initial check on your Junk /Clutter folder.
- If not also in these folders please contact your Account Manager who will resend.
